**International orders are subject to Duties, Customs, and Value Added Taxes. These charges MUST be paid upon receipt of your order. Be sure to verify the additional cost that may have been incurred with the authorities of the country the order is being shipped to. THE FRESH N FITTED ONLINE SHOP is not responsible for additional fees requested by the Mail Carrier or Customs.
USPS, UPS, and Fed Ex offers direct and reliable confirmation through their carriers through out The United States of America, whether a package has been successfully delivered to the correct address listed on your order. International Orders are subject to their countries rules and laws regarding shipping and customs once the item leaves USA soil it is up to the customer to check with local authorities to check on the status of there order. (Customers are sent a tracking number once their order has been fulfilled via the e-mail address they list on their order. If you happen to not receive your tracking number, please notify us via e-mail immediately.)
Shipping Policy for The Fresh N Fitted
At The Fresh N Fitted, we strive to ensure that your orders are processed and shipped promptly. Once your order leaves our warehouse/store’s, it is in the hands of the shipping carrier, and we no longer have control over the package during transit.
Order Status
• In Transit: While your order is in transit, tracking information will be provided for you to monitor the progress of your delivery. If there are any delays or issues, we recommend contacting your local delivery carrier directly for more information on the status of your package.
• Delivered: Once the tracking information shows that the package has been marked as “Delivered,” we consider our part in the shipping process complete. If you cannot locate your package, please reach out to your local delivery company to investigate further.
Undelivered Packages
• If tracking shows the package has not been delivered: In cases where the tracking information indicates that your package has not been delivered, and there appears to be an issue with the delivery, we will take full responsibility. You may contact us, and we will either ship out a replacement or, if the item is no longer available, we will issue you a store credit for the amount of your purchase.
Exceptions
• Lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation: Unfortunately, once the package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, The Fresh N Fitted cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen items. We advise checking with your

When shipping your item(s) back to our warehouse, please include:
Please e-mail us your order number and tracking number. All exchanges are dependent on current stock availability and condition of product upon inspection. If we do not have the item available, we can issue you store credit.
Please allow 7-10 business days from when it is delivered for your exchange/return to be processed.
Customers are responsible to pay shipping fees when an exchange or a return for store credit is requested. Failure to pay the shipping fees will result in the CANCELLATION of your exchange and store credit may be automatically disbursed. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
**If there be a time where you did not receive an item(s) that was stated on your invoice, please contact us. In these cases, we will take full responsibility and reimburse you for the shipping fees when sending the item(s) back, and we can also make you a shipping label upon the request of the customer.
